Overview
This Compensation & Equity policy outlines the guiding principles every Nutant is expected to follow. It applies globally across all Nutanix offices and remote locations, with regional addenda where local law requires.
Eligibility
All full-time and regular part-time Nutanix employees are eligible from their date of hire. Contractors and interns should refer to their engagement agreement for applicable terms.
How to request or use
Submit requests through Workday under the HR > Requests menu. Most approvals are routed automatically to your manager and HRBP and are processed within two business days.
Regional notes
Employees in the EU, India, and APAC may have enhanced statutory entitlements. Where local law exceeds this policy, local law applies.
